Easy made on stove top SAGO/TAPIOCA Custard

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 5 cups cold water
  • 1.2 cup tapioca
  • 1 heaped dessert spoon custard powder
  • 2 heaped dessert spoons powdered milk powder
  • 3 heaped dessert spoons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • vanilla
  • cream
  • banana optional
  • Saucepan and a spoon
  1. Step 1

    Put water and tapioca in saucepan cook on a low heat stirring until thickens, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

  2. Step 2

    Mix the custard and milk powders together with the sugar make a thin paste with a little cold water.

    Put the Tapioca liquid on a low heat again, pour the custard mixture into the boiling Tapioca, stirring about 3 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Remove from heat, stir well, break 1 egg into custard beating well with large spoon, add a good dash of vanilla, and lastly pour in some cream, stir well.

    Nice served with sliced banana .
