Things You'll Need:
- 5 cups cold water
- 1.2 cup tapioca
- 1 heaped dessert spoon custard powder
- 2 heaped dessert spoons powdered milk powder
- 3 heaped dessert spoons sugar
- 1 egg
- vanilla
- cream
- banana optional
- Saucepan and a spoon

Step 1
Put water and tapioca in saucepan cook on a low heat stirring until thickens, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Step 2
Mix the custard and milk powders together with the sugar make a thin paste with a little cold water.
Put the Tapioca liquid on a low heat again, pour the custard mixture into the boiling Tapioca, stirring about 3 minutes. -
Step 3
Remove from heat, stir well, break 1 egg into custard beating well with large spoon, add a good dash of vanilla, and lastly pour in some cream, stir well.
Nice served with sliced banana .
