How to make healthy snacks/trail mix.
When you want a quick snack have your own homemade trail mix on hand.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • plastic bags
  • raisin
  • roasted peanuts
  • raw almonds
  • whole grain cereal (your choice)
  • chocolate, white or dark or mixed optional
  1. Step 1

    Combine 4 cups of whole grain cereal with a 1/2 cup each raw almonds, roasted peanuts, and raisins.

  2. Step 2

    Separate the mix into seven resealable plastic bags and snack healthful.

  3. Step 3

    You can also add a handful of chocolate for a tasty sweet trail mix.
