Things You'll Need:
- 750 ml of Grain alcohol
- 10 small lemons
- 600 ml of water
- 2 cups of sugar
- a boiling pot
- container to hold 1350 ml of mixture
- cutting tool to potatoe peeler

Step 1
1. Pour 750 ml of grain alcohol into container.
2. Peel rinds of 10 small lemons and place rinds into container with grain alcohol.
3. Set in a cool dark place, (under sink) for about 2 weeks. -
Step 2
4. After week 2, bring 600 ml of water to a boil.
5. Add 2 cups of sugar to water and continue to boil until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
6. Strain rinds from grain alcohol - keep grain alcohol - dispose of rinds.
7. Pour water/sugar mixture into grain alcohol.
8. Distribute to bottles and freeze. -
Step 3
9. Ready to serve next day.
