Things You'll Need:
- Filo pastry puff shells
- crumbled feta cheese
- parsley
- egg yolk
- baking pan
- aluminum foil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place a sheet of aluminum foil over baking sheet and grease entire sheet with baking spray or butter

Step 3
Remove defrosted pastry shells from box. Knead pastry shells with fingers until they are completely flat.

In a bowl, dice a few leaves of parsley and mix in crumbled feta cheese.

Step 5
Spoon feta/parsley into center of each flattened pastry puff. Then fold over top half of puff over bottom half. Pinch all sides completely shut with fingertips and place on baking tray.

Step 6
Brush egg yok over each completed puff and place in oven for 15-18 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
