Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 7 ounces shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 12 ounce package Vanilla Wafers, crushed
- tube pan
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 package instant banana pudding mix

Step 1
Vanilla WafersPreheat oven to 275 degrees. Grease a tube pan and line bottom with wax paper.
Crush Vanilla Wafers in blender. Set aside. -
Step 2
Banana Pudding MixCombine butter and sugar in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on high until light and fluffy. Add banana pudding mix.

BananasAdd eggs one at a time to butter mixture, beating well after each addition. Add mashed bananas. Stir in coconut. Add Vanilla Wafer crumbs and mix well.

Step 4
Spoon batter into prepared tube pan.
Bake until toothpick comes out clean, about 1-1/2 hours. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Flip onto cake plate. Cool completely. Slice and serve with whip cream.
