Things You'll Need:
- leftover ham
-
Step 1
The easiest thing to do with ham leftovers is breakfast foods! Ham and eggs, Eggs Benedict, ham and cheese omelet, etc.
-
Step 2
Next is bean and ham soup! I find that our local Wegmans has a great bean soup that they make every day. I buy a few quarts and add cooked potatoes, chopped up carrots and bite sized chunks of ham. SO GOOD! You can also prepare canned bean and ham soup such as Campbell's and add all of the extras for a really hearty and inexpensive meal.
-
Step 3
You could also make a grilled cheese sandwich with ham inside! Pickle on the side!
-
Step 4
Or ham and cabbage!

on 10/7/2008 I LOVE ham salad sandwiches, but I usually will end up as you suggested and freeze the biggest portion until we're ready for ham again.
