Separating egg white from the yoke is messy when using two egg shell halves. Here's an easier way of separating the two and make cooking easier and less messy.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • egg
  • funnel
  1. Step 1
     

    Crack the egg carefully and pour everything into a funnel.

  2. Step 2

    If the yoke is unbroken, it will not go through the funnel's hole.

  3. Step 3

    Gently shake the funnel until all of the egg white flows through the funnel, leaving only the yoke in the funnel. Now you're ready to cook!
