Things You'll Need:
- 1 15-16 oz can black beans
- 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream
- 1/2 c. cheddar or colby jack cheese, shredded
- Spices (suggest black pepper, chili powder, onion powder, and salt)
- Tortilla chips (optional)

Step 1
Open the can of beans and drain the excess liquid. Place the beans in a small sauce pan on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 2
When the beans are warm, add the sour cream. Stir. Add the cheese. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Step 3
Add spices to taste. Serve warm with tortilla chips or use for burrito or enchilada stuffing.
