Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Step 1

Place thawed pork chops in slow cooker and turn on low heat.

  2. Step 2

Pour a 18oz bottle of barbecue sauce over pork chops. I prefer honey barbecue, but really any type will work. Make sure all pork chops are well covered. Slow cooker should be no more then 3/4 the way full.

  3. Step 3

Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours. When done Pork should be nice a tender.

Tips & Warnings
  • To avoid barbecue sauce sticking to the sides you may use slow cooking bags found at almost any grocery store or spay cooking spay generously on pot before adding the entry.
  • No stirring is required. Every time you lift the lid expect to add 10 to 20 minutes onto the cook time.
