No one likes cellulite on their legs but how to get rid of it??? Check out the options.

Things You'll Need:

  • Coffee Grounds
  • Old Newspapers
  1. Step 1

    If you don't want to spend thousands of dollars on Endermologie, a massage and suction system designed to break up cellulite; coffee grounds are a girls best friend.

  2. Step 2

    Lay old newspapers down in the tub.

  3. Step 3

    Take your morning coffee grounds and heat them up in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. When they are warm not hot they are ready to use.

  4. Step 4

    While standing on the newspapers in the tub, vigorously rub the grounds into your thighs and cellulite prone areas. Rub each area for about 5-10 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Brush off the coffee grounds and wrap the newspaper around them to easily dispose of them.

  6. Step 6

    Step into the shower and rinse well. Repeat daily. Some people see results in just a few days others don't see any for a few weeks.

  7. Step 7

on 4/14/2009 Thanks for this..I'll try this at home and hope It works best for me..I hope to diminish all the cellulites away from my thighs, buttocks and most especially unto the legs..it pissed me off.
