Things You'll Need:
- 1 stick of softened, unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- Orange zest
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger

Step 1
Bring butter and puree to room temperature. In a mixing bowl combine puree, honey, ginger and the zest of one orange and stir until smooth.

Step 2
In another bowl, cream the stick of butter until it's smooth and fold the pumpkin mix into the butter in small amounts until completely mixed.

Step 3
Use right away or shape and freeze until ready to use.
