How to make a Chimichanga

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Make a burrito to your likings. put in beans, meat, cheose, salsa, or anything else. Roll the tortilla up by folding in two sides and rolling up the rest so it's tight.

  2. Step 2

    Fry the burrito. Heat up about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil on medium heat. Stick a toothpick in the burrito to keep it together and plop it into the hot oil. fry for 2-3 minute on each side, until golden brown.

  3. Step 3

    Put it on the plate. Place the burrito on a paper towel to drain off some of the oil and cool for a minute. Change it over to a serving plate and drizzle with heated liquid queso.

  4. Step 4

    Enjoy!!! This is a tasty crispy gooey amazing meal.

Tips & Warnings
  • bigger tortillas are easier to fold
  • Not very healthy!
