  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or vanilla flavored yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or non-calorie sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

      Add 1 tablespoon of sugar or non-calorie sweetener to a blender and blend for about 5 seconds, or until a fine consistency is reached.

      Add 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of plain or vanilla flavored yogurt, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
