Bake a Pork Tenderloin
Bake a Pork Tenderloin

One of the easiest and best meals you can ever have is a baked pork tenderloin. When cooked properly, with the correct seasoning, your guests will rave at your cooking ability.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • pork tenderloin
  • seasoning
  • oven
  1. Step 1

Baked pork tenderloin is one of my favorite meals, and even better, is quite easy to make. With these few steps, you will be on your way to a delicious meal. To start, take your pork tenderloin, and marinate it in Italian dressing, or barbecue sauce. Let it marinate for at least one hour if you can. Now when you are ready, heat up your oven to about 350 to 400 degrees, depending on your oven.

  2. Step 2

Now that your pork tenderloin is marinated, place the tenderloin in a casserole dish. Now cook the tenderloin for about an hour until it is thoroughly cooked in the middle. You want to cook the meat until it reaches an internal temperature of about 165 degrees.

  3. Step 3

Once the tenderloin is finished cooking, you will smell the wonderful aroma all through the kitchen. What you are finished with, is an absolutely wonderful cut of pork tenderloin, that I like to cut in about half inch thick discs (turn the tenderloin where each end is to your left and right). Also, do not be afraid to experiment with the other spices or sauces, as cooking the tenderloin will never change. Following these simple steps for me, has now become an every Saturday ritual, and I would be very disappointed to go without.
