Would you like to lower your blood pressure? This is an easy every day routine to make your blood pressure go down.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Garlic/Garlic leaves
  • Low Salt Diet, Low Fat Low Cholesterol
  • BP cuff to monitor your B/P
  • Balance exercise- jogging,walking,yoga at least 15-30minutes a day
  • At least 6-8 hours of sleep a day
  1. Step 1

First do a daily schedule of your routine includes the least of your meals which are low in salt, anythinh with garlic or garlic leaves, and your 15 minutes exercise or even yoga for an hour. Check with physician first regarding exercise.

  2. Step 2

If you have a B/P problem already always check your B/P in the morning and before you go to bed. Always have a big breakfast high in fiber and always remember, no salt or low in salt. You can always substitute your salt with herbs for taste. Your dinner should be the lightest of all your meals.Don't eat after 8pm.

  3. Step 3

Every 2-3 of hours, meditate in your desk or your work to decrease your stress. Stress is the #1 cause of this disease and can also lead to heart attack or even stroke. You can even take 10 minutes of your lunch by walking for few minutes or even taking the stairs instead of elevator at work.

  4. Step 4

Once you get home, always cook for next day since we always have a tendency to eat junk foods and canned foods which are high in salt. When you cook, it eliminates us to think of eating out. When you eat out for dinner, always tell them to serve you only half and you take home the other half. Get plenty of sleep at least 6-8 hrs./day. In no time you will see a big improvement in your blood pressure.

Tips & Warnings
  • Garlic is good for lowering your blood pressure. I would suggest that any meal that you serve or cook, you add some garlic to it. Also, salt can be substituted with herbas instead.
  • Note: Always consult with your physician prior to following this routine! You might have some restrictions that you are not aware of. Be safe and healthy!
