Things You'll Need:
- 4 (8 oz.) steaks
- 1/4 c. liquid smoke
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 t. minced garlic
- 1/3 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. pineapple juice
- 1/3 c. whiskey
- 1/2 c. water

Step 1
In a bowl, combine the onion, brown sugar, pineapple juice, whiskey, water, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic and liquid smoke

Step 2
Place the steaks in a glass casserole dish and pour the marinade on top. Flip the steaks over so both sides are coated. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Grill steaks until done. Serve with a baked potato, some vegetables, bread, or whatever you'd like! Enjoy!
