Things You'll Need:
- 4 - 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 large onion
- 2 - 3 green peppers
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup mushrooms

Step 1
Cut your chicken breasts into chunks or strips.
Cut your onion & the peppers into strips. -
Step 2
Place chicken in the bottom of your crock pot & season with salt, pepper & any other seasonings you usually use for chicken.

Pour jarred spaghetti sauce over chicken and stir it so the chicken and sauce are mixed well.

Step 4
Lay peppers, onions and mushrooms over sauce.
I just let the rising heat of the chicken cook the vegetables. I don't stir them into the sauce until about an hour and a half before the end of the cooking time. They stay a little crisper this way. -
Step 5
Cook on low heat 7-8 hours, or high heat 4-5 hours.

Serve over pasta, rice or potatoes!!
