Things You'll Need:
- Microwave save bowl at least 6 cups deep
- One big bowl at least 12 cups deep with sealable lid.
- silicone spatula or scraper.
- silicone cookie sheet mat or parchment paper
- cookie sheet
- 1/2cup brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 bag popped microwave pop corn
- 1/8 tsp baking soda

Step 1
Make a space for all of the item you need in your kitchen. pop popcorn in microwave ahead and set bag aside. Line a cookie sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Dump popcorn into extra large bowl with seal able lid.

In microwave safe bowl put 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/4 cup butter. Put into microwave uncovered 1 minute. Stir with silicone spatula until mixture starts to melt a bit add 1/2 teaspoon salt and microwave 1 minute more liquid should be bubbling. If not microwave another 30 seconds. when bubbling put 1/8 teaspoon baking soda and stir with silicone spatula. Mixture will lighten and look frothy.

Step 3
Dump frothy mixture over popped corn and seal lid tightly. Then shake the bowl and shake until pop corn is well coated. dump popcorn mixture into microwave safe bowl and put the bowl into the microwave for another 30 seconds. Then dump pop corn mixture onto cookie sheet to cool. Put into air tight container for storage.
