Love anything and everything lemon? These pretty little tarts made from lemonade are perfect for holiday entertaining, baby or bridal showers, you name it. Quick and easy, they are so cool and delicious your friends will be begging for the recipe!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 3/4 cup cold milk
  • 2 small pkgs vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 tub cool whip
  • 1 can lemonade concentrate
  • 2 pkgs pre-made phyllo dough shells (in frozen food section of grocery stores)
  • 1 can whipped cream
  • zest of one fresh lemon
  1. Step 1

    Pour 1 3/4 cups cold milk into a bowl. Stir in two small packages vanilla instant pudding, then mix together.

  2. Step 2

    Add 6 oz frozen concentrate lemonade, or about 1/2 the can of concentrate in with pudding mixture. Mix together.

  3. Step 3

    Add in one regular sized tub of Cool Whip, thawed. Mix together and let set in fridge for at least 20-30 minutes to set.

  4. Step 4

    Buy 2 packages pre-made, pre-cooked phyllo dough mini shells. Spoon lemonade mixture in till full.

  5. Step 5

    With canned whipped cream, add a dollop to the top and then if you are feeling fancy, add some lemon zest.

  6. Step 6

    Or, to try something different, add a raspberry on top as well.

Tips & Warnings
  • They are seriously so delicious and I've never had leftovers. Ever. So that says something right there, right?
  • Spoon mixture into shells as close to serving time as possible.
