Things You'll Need:
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold shortening
- 3 tsp iced water

Step 1
Whisk flour and salt. Using the pastry blender cut in cold shortening until the mixture is like coarse crumbs.

Slowly add 2-3 tsp iced water. Mix with fork until moistened.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for about 30 mins. before rolling.
