Prepare For Sudden Weather Change
Prepare For Sudden Weather Change

If you live in a city where the seasons change rapidly, the tips in this article will help you prepare your body for those sudden weather changes.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • to religiously do these tips
  1. Step 1

If the state or city you live in is known to change weather from one season to another quickly, you can and should begin to prepare you body for these changes a few weeks at the least before, to help prevent illness.

  2. Step 2

A few weeks before, start doubling up on your vitamin C intake. The best vitamin C to use is one that is time-released and about 1000 mg. Try getting one with rose hips and in a solid form as opposed to one in a gelatin capsule.

  3. Step 3

While preparing your body for what sometimes is extreme weather changes and conditions, try weeks before to begin lessening you sugar intake. Sugar dampens the immune response of the body to fight off illness and slows the body down to work more effectively when illness such as colds and flu are about to attack.

  4. Step 4
    Echinacea flower

Keep herbal teas that are reliable for helping to clean the blood and improve circulation in the body. Teas can help prepare and adapt the body during weather changes from its' properties and obvious also helping the body temperature to stay regulated. Two good examples that should be introduced into the body before the weather change is Echinacea and Dandelion.

  5. Step 5

Alas, don't neglect the to keep organic purple skinned garlic around for emergency care. If you begin to feel ill suddenly due to weather change, popping a small clove of an organic garlic bulb into the mouth under the tongue or inside the mouth on either side of the cheek for about ten minutes are as long as you can take it; this product can be intense for some. Of course you can just try eating a sliver without the green stem inside too. Simply dice it up and swallow with water if you can not swallow a sliver whole.

  6. Step 6

Keep in mind that Shallots look like garlic but are basically completely a wine (purple color). Do not confuse it with purple skin garlic. This type of garlic is bright white with patches of purple color on it.
The Organic purple skinned garlic is the best one for strenghtening the immune system, as well as taking away pain sometimes associated with weather changes. Keep also in consideration that right before young children go back to school is a great time to start preparing your body and there's also from illness using the tips in this article.

Tips & Warnings
  • There are many variety of purple skinned garlic including Bavarian, Chinese and the one pictured in this article, Youghiogheny which also seems to be a very popular one.
  • Adding organic oranges as opposed to orange juices is another good tactic during weather changes as well. It will help with fiber and removing unnecessary and ill forming substances from the body quicker.
  • Echinacea also comes in liquid form. Purchase and follow the directions. There is also a sunrise (yellow colored) flower.
