This could be challenging depending on the bond that you have. It depends on how dangerous or stubborn the person is who attempts to enchant or harass you.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

If you have pictures of them you may want to get rid of them. But then you think you have no record and it is better to remember what they look like. Put the pictures in a box where it is away from you preferably metal.

  2. Step 2

If you can cut off communication and distance yourself. If you have been to psychic training you may know about cutting cords. They have probably tried to spiritually cord you. To control you it would be the crown chakra or the heart chakra for love. It is possible for them to cord you in any of the chakras. Gently take them out. Cut the cords. Throw his/her energy back at them if you feel bad energy.

  3. Step 3

Then you want to silently ask your guides for help. They will protect you or as much as they can on this Earth. Ask your High Self for help. You can ask the angels for help. Feel your aura that it is strong around you and protecting you. If you have pets you can communicate with them. Put a white light around yourself. Put a silver or gold layer around your aura. They know when something is wrong. You are forming a barrier against them. Put any bad energy out of your aura.

  4. Step 4

You are protected now. Feel that you are protected and safe.

  5. Step 5

Don't keep thinking about them after this. You want to forget about them.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you can see a good psychic/healer you may want to see them for help with taking the cords out and healing/understanding what is happening.
  • Of course if they are really dangerous you should get a stop order on them. This can be gotten for free if you make under the income limit and have a reason. Forget about cutting cords and all.
