Things You'll Need:
- Poster board or large photo frame
- Note book or journal
- Post it notes or index cards

Step 1
Find pictures of people who like you, love you or think you are terrific.
Make a collage of these pictures on your poster board or put them into your photo frame. -
Step 2
In your "Good Feelings" notebook or journal, write about things you have accomplished or nice things people have said to you.
Go back as far as you can in your memory for these good words. -
Step 3
On your index cards or post it notes, write positive affirmations. For example "I Choose to Have Loving People in My Life!" or " "I Do My Best and Leave the Rest!"
Put the notes where you will see them often -- on your mirror, your dash board, your desk at work or on your refrigerator! -
Step 4
Reading good things about yourself is a great way to start and end your day!Put the photo collage where you can see it every day....
Keep your notebook/journal by your bed to read before you go to sleep -- and when you first get up in the morning!
