Things You'll Need:
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker Scalloped Potatoes (regular or with sour cream and chives)
- 2 tablespoon margarine or butter (we use Smart Balance)
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 2/3 c. milk (2% is fine)
- ½ to 2 teaspoons minced roasted garlic (from a jar) -depending on love of garlic
- ¼ to ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter

Step 1
Grease a 8x8 square glass pan with margarine, butter or cooking spray.
Spread potatoes in pan, and then sprinkle sauce mix over the top. -
Step 2
In a small saucepan, bring water, milk and 2 tablespoons margarine or butter and roasted garlic just to boiling.

Step 3
Pour heated liquids over the potatoes stir to mix sauce and potatoes. Sprinkle generously with extra parmesan cheese and dot with remaining margarine or butter. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until top begins to brown.
