• Black Eye
• Tylenol
• Cold Compress
• Warm Compress

1. Apply Cold Compress immediately.

2. Take Tylenol (Acetaminophen) for pain and to reduce swelling.

3. After the first day use Warm Compress instead of Cold Compress.

4. If condition does not improve seek medical attention.

Tips & Warnings

• Vitamin C is good to take because it encourages healing including healing for bruises.
• DO NOT take Aspirin! It prevents blood clotting and will make your black eye even darker.
