Some Cheesy Garlic Bread
Some Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ever want to make that delicious cheesy, garlicky bread you get at Italian restaurants? Here’s how you can do it at home!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 baguette (about a foot long)
  • ¼ cup butter, softened but not melted
  • 1 big Tbs chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbs Italian Seasoning
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  1. Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix all your ingredients together except for the bread and mozzarella cheese.

  2. Step 2

Cut the bread in half lengthwise and smear your garlic butter all over both sides. Close the bread back up and wrap it in tinfoil. Place it in the oven for 10 minutes.

  3. Step 3

After 10 minutes, take the bread out, unwrap it, and open it. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over both sides and put it back in the oven for 5 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

  4. Step 4

Take it out, slice it carefully because it is hot, and enjoy!!
