If you want to unwind and relax your tired muscles here is the perfect homemade bath soak.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 cup sea salt
  • 4 cups Epsom salt
  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 2 TBS of finely ground herb of your coice
  1. Step 1

    Grind the herbs that you have chosen into fine powder. If you can find the herbs in powder form it will work but the scent may be a little diminished. Some great smelling herbs are lavender, chamomile, mint, peppermint, passionflower, among many others.

  2. Step 2

    In a seal-able container add all of the ingredients and shake well. If you are making these as gifts you can mix the ingredients in a non-metallic bowl then put into containers.

  3. Step 3

    Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of mixture to your bath water and enjoy.
