If you love the smell of lavender and enjoy a good soak for your tired feet try this foot soak.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 5 fragrant fresh roses
  • 10 drops lavender oil
  • 10 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 10 fresh lavender sprigs
  • 2 lbs Epsom salt
  1. Step 1

    Put the Epsom salt in a non-metallic bowl.

  2. Step 2

    While stirring the Epsom salt slowly pour in the lavender oil.

  3. Step 3

    Separate the rose petals, lavender blossoms, and rosemary leaves from stems. Mix into Epsom salt mixture.

  4. Step 4

    Put the mixture in a seal-able container.

  5. Step 5

    Add 3-4 teaspoons of mixture per gallon of water. Soak feet and relax.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you don't care for lavender you can exchange the lavender oil for the fragrance of your choice.
  • These make great gifts.
