Things You'll Need:
- 1 pot roast
- 1 package "Good Seasonings" Italian dressing mix
- 1 package "Au Juice" dry mix
- 2 T. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 jar pepperoncini peppers with juice (optional)
- 1 c. water

Step 1
Place the roast in the crock pot. Mix together the dressing mix, dry mix, Italian seasoning, water, and optional peppers.

Step 2
Cook on low for 12 hours or until done.

Step 3
Delicious when served on a warm, toasted bun and topped with mozzarella cheese. I sometimes will broil it for a minute or two to let it get all crispy and the cheese all melted. So tasty!!!
Great served with potato chips, French Fries, fresh vegetables, or whatever you'd like!
