The recipe calls for sausage but it can be substituted with beef, chicken or venison. I make the cups using a muffin pan.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 lb Sausage (or meat of choice, you can combine sausage and venison)
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 c. Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 c. Ranch Dressing (not the mix, the liquid dressing)
  • 1 pkg Won ton Wraps
  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Step 2

Brown meat (drain grease if there is any) then add cheeses and dressing.

  3. Step 3

Using a muffin pan, form cups with the won ton wraps. I use one wrap per cup and it works fine. Next bake the won tons for 7 to 8 minutes. Allow to cool.

  4. Step 4

Once the cups have cooled, add the meat and cheese mixture to them. I like to fill my cups up.

  5. Step 5

Now that the won tons are filled with the meat and cheese mixture, bake 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. These are best served warm. Quick easy and good!
