  • 1/3 c vegetable oil

      Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

      Who doesn't love the pretty sprinkles?

      Stir together cake mix, oil, and eggs. Any kind of cake mix will do.

      Roll dough into balls or drop by spoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten to about 1/4 inch.

      Too fancy.  No one will believe they are from a box.

      Bake at 375 F for 7-9 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet. One cake mix makes about 30 cookies.
