How to Make a Facial Mask using Healing Earth (Mud)

Getting a facial at a spa using healing earth also known as a mud facial, is a very relaxing experience. Healing earth (mud) helps your skin using its compounds of silica, calcium, potassium, copper, sodium, iron, magnesium, fluoride, zinc, etc...

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• 1-2 tbsp. Healing Earth (Mud)
• 1/2 cup of Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice.
• Lukewarm water

1. 
    

   First you will measure out 1-2 tbsp. of healing earth (mud).

2. 
    

   Next you will freshly squeeze an orange to extract its juices.

3. 
    

   You will then combined the healing earth (mud) with the orange juice to form a paste.

4. 
    

   Apply the paste to face and let dry. Leave on for at least 10 minutes after paste is finished drying.

5. 
    

   Rinse the paste off with lukewarm water.

Tips & Warnings

• Do not take any prescription drugs between 1-2 hours after applying healing earth (mud) on any part of the body.
