How to Get the Jester's Chain Mail Armor in "Baldur's Gate 2"

There are several magical variations to the standard armor varieties that your party can find in the PC role-playing game Baldur's Gate 2. The Jester's Chain Mail Armor gives a better bonus to a character's armor rating than normal chain mail, and it can be acquired by collecting special tokens in the citadel called Spellhold.

Things You'll Need

Instructions

1. 

   Play through the game until your party travels to the wizard's prison called Spellhold.

2. 

   Travel up the citadel to the top level.

3. 

   Kill all of the monsters wandering around the area and take the MIthril Tokens found on their bodies.

4. Search the statues and treasure chests in all of the rooms to find the remaining Mithril Tokens.

5. 

   Go to the large machine at the center of the floor. Put 20 Mithril Tokens into the machine to receive the Jester's Chain Mail Armor.

Tips & Warnings

• Besides offering much better protection than standard chain mail, the Jester's Chain can also be sold for a large amount of gold.
