Step 1
1. Run for the beauty. Look outside and get motivated by the weather. As you run tell yourself you want to see more of your surroundings. This will in-turn motivate you to push yourself farther to seek out the beauty that lies ahead.

2. Run for your beauty. Make plans with your girlfriend/boyfriend after your run. So when you come back home your beauty will be waiting for you as a reward for the day.

3. Run for goals. Have a set goal of miles to run for the week. Force yourself to complete your miles, no excuses. Be strong.

4. Run to burn. If you know you’ve eaten your share of “great foods” for the day, work them off. Run a fair amount to keep yourself balanced and feeling well for the day.

5. Run for the music. If you’ve just gotten some new music, run on it. It’s a great way to pass by those exhausting phases. To push yourself, tell yourself that you won’t stop by the end of the track.

6. Run to race. If cars are going approach you, race them. Create a check point that you both will pass, and race up. Running fast eases some strain off your joints because you use different muscles also the contact time between your leg and the ground is decreased. Fast running helps burn calories at a more expedited rate.

7. Go Hard. Stopping should not be an option until you reach your fixed checkpoint. Make your body hurt a bit; it won’t kill you. A little pain should always be involved, it keeps you strong, mentally. You’ll have a euphoric state of mind for the rest of the day if you know you’ve pushed yourself to the max.

8. Run to your destination. With gas prices on a rise, pocket your money and run. It will get you to your designated spot for free. In doing so you will also have the feeling that you’ve just given your planet some extra life to live.

9. Get lost. Leave your worries behind and get lost in your thoughts. Running when your in deep thought will help you think less about your run and help time pass by like a breeze.

10. Ending your Run. Don’t anticipate the end of your run, just run. The more you think about when your run will end, the more you will feel the agony of your body hurting. Just run to run and it will be worthwhile. GO RUN!
