Herbal Cures for Armpit Sweat

After taking sage, you should experience the suppression of perspiration in about two hours. The effects generally last for several days. You can take sage in a juice, tea or tincture mixture.

      Try tea tree oil. This cinnamon-scented extract of the Melaleuca Tree in Australia possesses antiseptic and deodorizing properties. It can be applied directly to the areas where excessive sweating occurs. However, be careful to test the herb before using it. It has been known to cause dermatitis in certain cases. Never ingest the substance either since small doses have been known to be toxic.
