  Apply glitter-enhanced light makeup on the outer corners of your upper eyelid as well as the inside portion.

  Apply black or brown eyeliner, making a thin line from the inside of the eye to a wider line on the outside. Use a makeup applicator to create a soft, blackened smudge on the outside edge.

  Apply a light subtle contrasting color to the areas that are not filled in with the light glitter eyeshadow. Your eyes will now appear bigger and brighter.
