Valentine’s Day comes only one day a year, but the preparation starts earlier if you have planned something big. Sending Valentine’s Flowers to your Valentine is the perfect way to let them know you care. Flowers can’t send themselves, however, so take some pointers on how to send Valentine’s Flowers.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Obtain a sending address or location. This may seem like it is self-explanatory, but you need to know the best place to which to send the flowers. If you have the wrong address, they could end up in the wrong hands. Doing some inconspicuous investigative work to get the address of your Valentine shouldn’t be hard.

  2. Step 2

Choose a florist. Picking the right florist for your flower delivery can make all the difference. A reputable florist will be used to having deliveries such as these and will be less prone to making mistakes. Larger florist’s shops will also have more in stock, giving you a wider variety of flowers to choose from and almost guaranteeing they will not run out of them.

  3. Step 3

Prepare and place your order early. Florists will be swamped on Valentine’s Day, so getting your order in as soon as possible will help to give it priority. Priority will ensure that your order is filled just in case there may not be enough of what you are asking for. It will also help the flower shop to stay organized as they will be able to make their route ahead of time for that day. You can also avoid higher fees by doing it ahead of time.

  4. Step 4

Add a card in with the flowers. A card that simply states who the flowers are from will suffice on Valentine’s Day. Although a card with something extra or a personal touch may go a bit further in expressing what you feel and conveying the message to your valentine. Without a card, the receiver of the Valentine’s Flowers may be confused as to from whom they came.

  5. Step 5

Deliver them yourself. If you are wary that the florist will not be able to deliver your flowers on time or you don’t have one in your area that will deliver, then delivering Valentine’s Flowers yourself is always an option. Purchase the desired flowers ahead of time and preserve them until Valentine’s Day arrives. Drop them off on your Valentine’s door step or give it to them in person if you wish.

Tips & Warnings
  • Reconfirm your order with the florist and keep your receipt to make doubly sure it is correct before the delivery date.
  • Be sure that your valentine is not allergic to the type of flowers you get for them.
