Step 1
Open your Powerpoint document and move it to the slide where you want to change the font.

Highlight the text using your mouse that you want to change.

Select the <Format> menu from the standard toolbar.

Select <Font> from the drop-down menu which will open the Font Dialog Box.

Select the font, font style, color and/or size from the Font Dialog Box.

Click "OK."

Open your Powerpoint document and select any slide from your presentation.

Move the mouse and click anywhere on the slide.

Select the <Format> menu from the standard toolbar.

Choose <Replace Fonts> from the drop-down menu.

Select the Font you wish to use from the <Replace Fonts> drop-down menu.

Click <Replace>.
