- Saucepan
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large, white onion, chopped
- 1 28-ounce can of baked beans
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10 hot dogs
- 2-quart casserole dish

Warm the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Saute the chopped white onion until it turns soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

Pour the can of baked beans into the saucepan. Add the ketchup and brown sugar, and then the salt and black pepper to taste. Stir the ingredients with a spoon.
