How to Apply for an Online ChaCha Position

ChaCha is a very unique and growing company. Because of the success that ChaCha has had, it is regularly looking for workers to perform duties online. If you are good with quick, online research then this is a good job for you. Everything can be done right from home as long as you have an Internet connection.

Instructions

1. Go to the ChaCha online application. You will be asked general questions that will give the ChaCha employers a good overview of you. Fill it out honestly and sincerely as possible for your best chances of getting a positive response. Remember, this is just the first and easiest step in the overall application process.

2. Wait for the response from ChaCha. You never know when you will get your response. It might be a few days, but it can also be a few weeks. As soon as you get the email from ChaCha, you can move on to the next step.

3. Read through all of the information that you can on becoming a ChaCha guide. This can help you later on in the testing. There is a part of the test that asks about basic ChaCha information that many people may not know if they don't read all of ChaCha's available information at that point in time.

4. Begin the test. There are three sections that you must complete before moving on. There are questions about ChaCha, a typing test and a multiple-choice portion. Each section will be graded and assessed separately and you will get the results later on.

5. After taking the test, you must wait for a response. If you are accepted as a guide right away, you can continue on. If not, you have to wait for an email from ChaCha. You might be offered another position or you might get another chance as a guide.

6. Once you are offered a position, you must go through the training needed for that position. Follow the steps given to you in the email. It is a good idea to print out the information they give you as a reference for later. The training consists of the ChaCha information you need to know and computer setup information. Follow the steps to the letter for the best results.

7. Once you are comfortable with the new knowledge and information that ChaCha has given you, and you have completed the computer setup, you can take the simulator test. This test will be exactly what you are going to do for that position. For example, if you are going for the guide position, you will be given ten questions that you must research and answer.

8. Close out of the ChaCha Universe after you complete your ten questions and wait for the results to come in. It may take a few days, but you will get a response stating how you did and whether or not you passed. Those that passed can start their new position with ChaCha!

Tips & Warnings

• It is best to do the entire test at the same time. Make sure you have enough time to take all three parts.
• The application process can take a few days or a few months. It depends on the need for that position at the time. Be patient when going through the application process.
