I too called today and was just ansking questions about renting a wheelchair because I had no clue. I had the same problem with the person that I spoke to. The guy I spoke to and I wished I would have gotten his name wsa so rude. He made m e feel like I was stupid because I wasn't asking the right question. I too work with people and I never treat the way I was treated. I'm so upset. I was stunned that he was talking to me the way he did. I don't now who this person is but they need to get rid of him. He too cursed at me then hung up on me. I plan on writing a letter to the company and reporting them. I should have listen to the person above me about calling. Whoever reads this please if this is the way they treat people then they don't need our business.
