How to Find Vincent's Ultimate Weapon in "Final Fantasy 7"
Each character in the Playstation role-playing game "Final Fantasy 7" has a special ultimate weapon that is much harder to acquire than any of the other standard weapons available. The enigmatic gun-toting man named Vincent can acquire his best weapon near the end of the game by finding a hidden cave behind a hard to reach waterfall.

Play through the game until you reach the third disc after parachuting into the city of Midgar.

Put the character named Vincent into your party and then board your submarine.

Take the submarine up the large river near the center of the western continent.

Disembark from the submarine on the shoreline when you see a waterfall with a cave behind it.

Go inside the cave to find an item called "Death Penalty," which is Vincent's ultimate weapon.

Tips & Warnings
Death Penalty's physical attack power raises permanently every time Vincent defeats an enemy in combat.
