1
Select a T-shirt. The T-shirt used for this project can be one with significant meaning or a brand new shirt purchased just for this project. The shirt should be large enough for you to lay on comfortably.
-
2
Sew all holes closed. Using a sewing machine, sew the neck opening, one arm and the bottom of the shirt closed. Leave one arm hole opened to be able to stuff the polyfil through.

Stuff. Insert the polyfill through the arm hole left open. Use your arm to reach deep into the corners of the T-shirt to ensure that all areas are full of stuffing. Remember that you will use this as a pillow, so you want it to be very fluffy.
-
4
Sew and fluff. Sew the arm hole closed and fluff the pillow in an effort to even out the stuffing.
-
5
Embellish. If you desire, personalize the T-shirt pillow with fabric paint or large buttons.
