1
Tweeze your facial hair. Popular areas to use tweezers are in the eyebrow area (for eyebrow sculpting), upper lip, and chin areas. Only use tweezers for a few stray hairs. You will do this by plucking each individual one out. This is not permanent, but once you pluck the hair by the root, you shouldn't have to worry about it again for at least a week.

2
Use waxing treatments for facial hair that take a little more preparation but will remove more hair at a time. To do this you need to get a hair waxing kit. You will heat some wax, apply it to your unwanted hair with an applicator, then cover it with the special paper strips provided. Once the paper is stuck to the wax, you will rip it off, and the hair will come off too.You can also have this done at a salon quite reasonably. It hurts for the first few times, but you get used to it in time. Waxing typically lasts for a couple of weeks.

Shave your facial hair. This method is not recommended for most women, but rather is more suitable for men with more hair to remove. With a little bit of shaving cream on the hair area and a sharp bladed razor, you can achieve a very smooth look. Do this carefully, or you can also cause irritation by shaving.

Look into electrolysis. This is a more permanent solution. This is something that must be done by a professional. They locate the hairs, then use needles and electric-currents to kill the hair at the follicle. This is a great way to keep from having to pluck or wax certain hairs every few weeks.

Check out laser hair removal. If you have a large area of facial hair to get rid of, the laser is the better way to go. The laser can reach more hairs in less time than electrolysis. It may not get rid of the hair permanently, but it can keep it away for three or four months.
