How to Find Cid's Ultimate Weapon in "Final Fantasy 7"

All of the characters in the Playstation role-playing game Final Fantasy 7 have a secret ultimate weapon that can only be found by completing specific tasks. The character named Cid can acquire his best weapon in the village called Rocket Town after taking a trip in a space shuttle.

Things You'll Need

• Final Fantasy 7 PS1 Game
• Playstation Game Console

Instructions

1. 

   Play through the game until the party reaches Rocket Town and attempts to get the item called the Huge Materia from the space shuttle.

2. 

   Press the controller buttons Circle, Square, X, and then X again when the game prompts you to enter a code to unlock the Huge Materia.

3. 

   Watch a short segment after retrieving the Huge Materia when your party returns to the ground in an escape pod.

4. 

   Put the character named Cid in your party and then go into Rocket Town again.

5. 

   Find the man standing near the item shop and speak to him three times in a row. After the third time he will give Cid an item called "Venus Gospel," which is his ultimate weapon.

Tips & Warnings

• Cid will deal more damage when wielding the Venus Gospel if his current magic points are at their maximum. As Cid uses his magic points the physical attack power of the weapon drops.
