How to Use a Sheet as a Closet Cover

Have you ever bought a home as is and realized that there were absolutely no closet doors or they easily fell off as soon as you opened the doors? Unfortunately, this is very common, but there is a cute, easy and quick fix. It can add a nice twist to your bedroom and most importantly, it is very cost effective.

Things You'll Need

• Step ladder
• Hammer
• Nails
• Scissors

Instructions

1. Holding a corner of your sheet while standing on your step ladder, nail it to one end of your closet opening either on the ceiling or the wall above where your closet door should be.

2. Using another nail, about 1 foot from the first nail, secure the sheet again using another nail. Do this every 12 inches until the whole closet is covered.

3. Using scissors, cut a slit in the middle of the sheet from the bottom to about 10 inches from the top of the sheet. This will be your closet opening.
