How to Download Music on to a PSP From the Internet

A PSP can be used for more than just playing video games. With one of these cool little devices you can cruise the internet and download music, all for free.

Instructions

      Turn on your PSP and make sure your memory stick is inserted. Your memory stick should have a lot of space on it and be at least 4 GB if you want to download a lot of music.

      Flip the WLAN switch on the left side of your PSP. It will enable you to connect to the internet through a wi-fi connection.

      Connect to the internet with the Web Browser in your Menu. You need a reliable wi-fi connection to do this.

      Go to an MP3 download website (See Resources).

      Search for the song you want to download. Type in the name of the artist or song and click search. You will get a list of the MP3s available for download.

      Download the songs you want on your PSP. Download them by right clicking on them. They will save in your PSP Music folder.

      Open your Music folder and play the songs. Now you can listen to all the music you want for free on your PSP.

Tips & Warnings

  • Keep an eye on how much you are downloading. Music files take up a lot of room quickly.
