Tear the orange tissue paper into strips.

-
3
Cut a small square of the yellow tissue paper. Make it small enough to fit onto the candle glass votive.
-
4
Paint glue on the back of the square piece of the yellow tissue paper.
-
5
Attach the yellow square onto the glass votive.
-
6
Paint more glue over the tissue paper. Let it dry.

7
Cut a square out of the orange tissue paper that is slightly larger than the yellow square.
-
8
Using the utility knife carefully cut out triangle eyes, nose and a mouth from the orange square.
-
9
Paint the glue mixture onto the orange square.
-
10
Place the orange square over the yellow piece so the yellow shows through the pumpkin face of the orange paper.
-

Apply more glue over the tissue paper. Let it dry.
-
12
Apply glue over the rest of the candle votive and attach the strips of orange tissue paper over the entire votive, overlapping the strips.

-
14
Add a candle and when lit, the pumpkin eyes will glow through the tissue paper.
