Everyone loves a good facial mask! How about making your own with a tasty fruit and some honey? Here's how!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4-5 very ripe strawberries
  • 2 tsp. heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. honey
  1. Step 1

    First you will want to rinse the strawberries in warm water, and dry with a small clean cloth.

  2. Step 2

    Next you will want to place the strawberries in a small bowl, and proceed to mash the fruit with a fork.

  3. Step 3

    Then you will add the cream and honey, be sure to mix well!

  4. Step 4

    Apply to the face generously as well as your throat, make sure to keep away from the eyes.

  5. Step 5

    Leave the facial mask on for 20-20 minutes.

  6. Step 6

    Remove with warm water and face rag.

Tips & Warnings
  • Mask should be applied before bedtime.
  • Always use fresh ingredients.
  • This mask can be prepared in advance and stored in your refrigerator.
  • For people who have sensitive skin or a sunburn this facial mask is not for you, it would be wise to test on a small part of your arm before using.
  • Avoid using tap water on the face, tap water contains metals and minerals that can cause dry skin and blemishes.
