Make Your Own Ink Stain Remover

If you’ve ever had an ink pen leak onto your clothes or perhaps gotten an ink stain from failing to remove the ink pen from your pocket before washing your clothes, you know how frustrating this can be. A home-made ink remover is easy to make.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Borax
  1. Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. (makes about 2 ounces)

  2. Step 2

Place the portion of fabric with the ink stain between several thicknesses of paper towels. “Paint” the area with the mixture. Wait a few minutes and sponge the spot with cool water.

  3. Step 3

Repeat until the stain is gone.
